With less than 100 days to go until the start of the Qatar 2022 World Cup on November 20, the first in the Middle East, 2.45 million tickets have already been sold.

Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil are among the countries where the largest number of tickets have been purchased, in addition to Qatar, the United States, England, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, France, and Germany, FIFA reported.

In the last sales period alone (July 5 to August 16), 520,532 tickets were sold, allocated in order of application, and most of these correspond to group stage matches.
