RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Swiss scientist, former WHO employee, and whistleblower Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger warns of WHO seeking a new treaty on handling future pandemics.

Freedom fighters are calling this a power grab planned for May 1, 2022, which would make this Geneva-based organization the de facto world government in the event of a pandemic or similar.

Vaccine critics say that the fact that governments are suddenly distancing themselves from Covid restrictions, as seen recently in Europe, is just a game.

(Germen MEP Christine Anderson on the new WHO Pandemic Treaty: “The plan is to grant the WHO, in the event of a pandemic, far-reaching executive powers. The treaty changes aim at granting the WHO de facto governing power over member states.”)

The last week of January 2022, WHO held an emergency meeting and deliberations in Geneva on expanding its powers to take over all member states in the event of a pandemic and “any other form of threat or disaster”.

The WHO wants member states to sign a new treaty on Covid-19, which expands the existing 2005 treaty. Once signed by the Ministers of Health, the WHO Constitution (according to its Article 9) takes precedence over a country’s constitution (189 countries have signed the 2005 treaty) during natural disasters or pandemics.

Since the definition of a pandemic was changed a few years ago (cases based on the PCR test), they can enforce obedience in any country and impose WHO guidelines on the public, which will be mandatory, not just recommended, say observers. And that sounds like power over the country and the world.”

[dropshadowbox align=”none” effect=”lifted-both” width=”auto” height=”” background_color=”#ffffff” border_width=”1″ border_color=”#dddddd” ]On 1 December 2021 the 194 members of the World Health Organization (WHO) reached a consensus to begin the process of drafting and negotiating a convention, agreement or other international instrument under the Constitution of the World Health Organization to strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.

An intergovernmental negotiating body will now be constituted and hold its first meeting by 1 March 2022 (to agree on ways of working and timelines) and its second by 1 August 2022 (to discuss progress on a working draft).

It will then deliver a progress report to the 76th World Health Assembly in 2023, with the aim to adopt the instrument by 2024. Many who favor the treaty believe that it offers the best way to increase political commitment from states to reform global health governance. However, the COVID-19 pandemic demonstrates that this proposition has no basis in fact.

Government responses to COVID-19 have purportedly violated or manipulated many treaties, including human rights agreements. To what extent will the Commission ensure that the citizen, who has no direct vote in a body such as the WHO, is not bypassed in the decision-making process and that a shift of competence further and further away from the voter does not lead to an increasing ‘de-democratisation’ of our society?[/dropshadowbox]

Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger, who has worked for the WHO for 20 years, warns that every country should send a public letter of protest to the WHO.

“Governments” should draft a letter stating that the people do not accept that the signature of the Minister of Health can decide the fate of millions of people without a referendum. It is essential to send this letter from every country to the WHO in Geneva. WHO wants all countries to implement the measures by May 2022. Dr. Stuckelberger shared the information that only the Russians have sent such a rejection letter so far!”

DIGITAL PASSPORT IN THE US HAS QUIETLY ROLLED OUT

At least 21 U.S. states, along with the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, have rolled out digital vaccine passports, and four more states plan to release them soon.

One of the most prominent names in the digital vaccine passport space is SMART Health Card, a verifiable vaccine passport developed by the Vaccination Credential Initiative (VCI).

SMART Health Cards, which can be paper or digital, can be obtained from pharmacies, doctors’ offices, state immunization registries, and any other organization that has your shot records and additional health information

Disguised as a tool for convenience and safety, digitized IDs such as mobile driver’s licenses and vaccine passports will be embedded into everyday life, eroding your privacy and acting as a tool to control everything from food and sustainability to travel and mobility.
