Fiat Uno ends its 37-year production in Brazil with limited Ciao edition

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - "The word Ciao in Italian is a two-way greeting: it can be used both to say hello and goodbye. Therefore, Fiat considered that there would be no better way to name the special farewell series of the Fiat Uno, whose production ends after 37 years of history," reads the company's statement.

Manufactured uninterruptedly since August 1984 at the Betim Automotive Complex in Minas Gerais, the Fiat Uno has totaled 4,379,356 million units produced, the brand said.
