Why we show this: prediction markets turn real-money bets into a live probability that moves within minutes of the news, which is why investors, campaigns and newsrooms in the United States now follow them closely. We show them next to polls and official results, never instead of them.
Ed Sheeran in São Paulo is two nights, not one. The stadium changed its name in May, which is why the tickets and the coverage disagree.
Ed Sheeran in São Paulo is a two-night booking in December. He plays Nubank Parque on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 December 2026.
The shows belong to the Loop Tour. Eventim is the ticket seller, with a Santander presale ahead of general sale.
FINNEAS opens both nights. He is on stage at half past seven, with Sheeran following at nine.
The second date was not in the original announcement. It was added in early May after the first sold strongly.
The Stadium Name Confusion
Nubank Parque and Allianz Parque are the same building in Agua Branca. The naming rights changed hands in 2026.
Nubank took over the rights on 10 April and the new name was confirmed on 4 May after a public vote. Allianz had held them since 2014.
Coverage published before May still says Allianz Parque. Anything you read about these shows from April or earlier uses the old name.
It is not the MorumBIS, which is a different stadium in the south of the city. Check the venue on the ticket rather than in the article that sold you on the show.
What Ed Sheeran in São Paulo Costs
Cadeira Superior is the entry tier at R$440 (US$86) full price. Pista is R$490 (US$96).
Cadeira Nivel 1 Central is R$730 (US$142) and Lateral R$760 (US$148). Pista Premium is R$880 (US$172).
Every tier has a half-price rate at exactly fifty percent. Cadeira Superior becomes R$220 (US$43) and Pista R$245 (US$48).
One outlet printed the Pista half rate as R$250 (US$49). The venue’s own page says R$245 (US$48), and that is the figure to trust.
How Brazilian Half Price Works
Meia-entrada is a legal concession rather than a promotion. It applies to students, people over sixty and some other categories.
It is not available to everyone, and it is checked. Bring the document that establishes the entitlement to the gate, not just to the checkout.
Foreign residents can qualify on age or on enrolment at a Brazilian institution. A foreign student card is generally not accepted on its own.
Buying a half-price ticket without the documentation means being refused entry. The ticket is not refunded in that case.
Two Nights in a Crowded December
São Paulo has an unusually dense December this year. Slayer plays the same stadium eleven days later and Daniel Caesar is in town on the 2nd.
Stadium shows on consecutive nights are still uncommon in Brazil outside the very largest acts. Sheeran has done it here before.
For foreign residents the practical note is transport. Nubank Parque is served by the Barra Funda station, and leaving on foot toward it beats waiting for a car.
