Lacalle Pou on MERCOSUR: Brazil “breached” consensus rule by lowering Common External Tariff

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - President Luis Lacalle Pou spoke about the flexibilization of MERCOSUR and Uruguay's position opposing the lowering of the Common External Tariff (CET).
