First light aircraft plant “made in Paraguay” to start operating next January

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - "Everything is well underway. I believe that Paraguay will be in a position to build its first aircraft, although many do not believe it. But from April next year we will start assembling the first aircraft, among other projects," he stressed.
