Justice Alexandre de Moraes, president of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), ordered the release of the social network accounts of federal congresswoman Carla Zambelli (PL-SP), suspended since November last year.
The decision applies to her Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Tiktok, Gettr, Whatsapp, and LinkedIn profiles.
The magistrate justified in the document, signed on February 1, that the release of the accounts is due to the "cessation of dissemination of content coated with illegality and tending to transgress the integrity of the electoral process.
