RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Ministry of National Defense of Uruguay has advised that Carrasco Airport's (MVD) Indra MSSR secondary radar is fully operational. The radar started operating on October 24, after the Uruguayan Air Force successfully verified its integration into the system.
