Peru submitted to the OAS a statement on fertilizer shortages due to the war in Ukraine

The declaration on fertilizer shortages proposed by Peru's permanent representative to the OAS, Harold Forsyth, was not approved by the member countries, which said they needed time for their teams to examine it.
