The Justice Alexandre de Moraes of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) said on Thursday (9), during the Court session, that the charges against each prisoner for the January 8 vandalism acts will be individualized.
According to him, custody hearings have been held, provisional releases have been analyzed, and summonses have been sent for the defendants' prior defense.
