Three water dams broke in Jaguaré, in the northern region of the Brazilian State of Espírito Santo (ES), and the municipality declared a state of emergency on Tuesday (20). The State suffers due to heavy rains. Two other dams are at a critical level.
According to the Civil Defense of the municipality, about 10 families have already needed to leave their homes.
