An Argentinian who also spent years in Colombia, DJ Barrio Lindo is well known for blending cumbia with South American folk rhythms and ancestral sounds.
Additionally during the night, DJs Chico Dub, Mustache, Daniel Lucas, Felipe Sá, and Linco will spin.
Diego Bragança will provide visuals and Mira! will also serve special drinks, snacks, and sandwiches throughout the night.
It is important to note that while the event lasts from 7:30PM – 1AM, entry closes at 11PM.

Opening of Marcelo Ment Exhibition, “Coragem” (Ipanema)
“Coragem,” (Courage) the new exhibition of the works of Rio artist Marcelo Ment will open tonight at Galeria Homegrown in Ipanema. Following the opening, the works will remain on display in the gallery through April 11th. Hours of operation will be 10AM – 8PM on Mondays through Fridays and from 12PM to 6PM on Saturdays.

Tonight singer and musician JP Silva will start things off at Carioca da Gema at 8:30PM. Composer and singer Toninho Geraes will follow at 10:30PM. Geraes has worked as a composer for artists including Martinho da Vila and Zeca Pagodinho. During his show tonight, he will sing their hits, as well as his own compositions. He will also reinterpret the works of Moacyr Luz, Paulinho da Viola, and Chico Buarque, among others.

At 7:30PM, singer Marcele Motta will start the night at Rio Scenarium with the best of MPB and classics. Tonight at Lapa’s Leviano bar it’s time to dance as the group Mano a Mano starts things off at 8PM with salsa and merengue on the first floor, while on the second floor the weekly Forró Leviano party will present a live performance by Júlia Vargas.
