Companies Open 930 Home Office Jobs; Over 1,600 Opportunities Available

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Cognizant, C&A and Ambev are offering the option of permanent home office. As the job market returns, there are more job openings all over Brazil.

Cognizant is expanding its hires throughout Brazil and opening over 300 permanent home office positions. With the pandemic, the selection and hiring process became entirely online and now the company is testing the new contract model, which will allow employees to continue working remotely after the end of the quarantine.

The opportunities come in three service lines, Digital Business, Digital Operations and Digital Systems & Technology. They have vacancies for developers, test automation analysts, field services area, SAP (System Applications and Products in Data Processing) and Salesforce. QuintoAndar also has openings for professionals from all over the country. There are 110 vacancies in the service, engineering, marketing, Human Resources and finance teams. The same applies to Ambev Tech, the technology arm of the brewery, which has opened over 100 jobs at its facilities in Blumenau (SC), Maringá (PR), Sorocaba and Campinas (SP), all with the option of full home office work. The company will provide equipment for the job and help with the initial costs to set up a home office. A monthly subsidy will also be offered for internet and electricity expenses.

Jobs are open to developers, software architects, data engineers and product owners. Among the main languages used, they seek professionals with knowledge of C#, React, Angular, Android, Java and Python.

C&A Brasil is also joining the group, with 80 positions in its digital area. All of them offer the option of working 100 percent remotely and are open to candidates with no geographical limitations. They are looking for people for the positions of coordinator and software engineer specialists; UX , PO, UI, BI, Devs, among other positions. Check their website.

Sinqia has 140 positions open for professionals from diverse areas of expertise. The selection process is fully remote and, for the time being, the company’s staff is working from home office.

Banco Pan has 100 positions in the technology, commercial, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Analytics, Digital Bank and Open Banking areas. The whole process will be conducted online and the staff will start from home, with a welcome kit and the required equipment. Safra Bank

Safra Bank has opened over 320 jobs for professionals in several segments. According to the company, the organization is experiencing a moment of evolution on the already existing business and planning for new activities – which naturally requires good professionals.

Around 200 positions are reserved for the Top Advisor program, with open applications until the end of the year. The initiative is directed to professionals with no experience in the financial market, but who are interested in working in Safra’s commercial areas.

Dasa

The diagnostic medicine company has 400 openings. There are 100 in technology and another 300 in other areas. There are opportunities for Data Engineers, Front End Developers, Architecture Owner, Scrum Master, among others. Check out the careers website.

There are 200 job openings at the fintech all over Brazil, and in areas such as Commercial Team (150 positions), Systems Development (50 positions), Finance, Strategy and IT (three internship positions) and Marketing, Database, Finance and IT (four internal positions for Listo’s headquarters in São Paulo). For the commercial team positions, the deadline for sending a résumé runs until September 18th, and until September 30th for internal positions.
