Brazilian President Bolsonaro authorizes installation of a court similar to the one in The Hague

Bolsonaro, through the dispatch, forwarded the agreement’s text to the National Congress. The president received the “Agreement” in 2019, sent by former Minister of International Relations Ernesto Araújo, who submitted for Bolsonaro’s consideration “the attached draft Message, accompanied by an authentic copy of the Agreement.”
