Brazilian police carry out inspection at former president Bolsonaro’s house

During the judicial action, lieutenant colonel Mauro Cid, who was an aide to the former Brazilian president, and two of his security guards were arrested.
The entity detailed that 16 search and arrest warrants are being served, as well as six remand orders in Brasília and Rio de Janeiro, related to the alleged insertion of false data on the COVID-19 vaccination in systems of the Ministry of Health between November 2021 and December 2022.

The judicial actions carried out take place within the framework of the ongoing investigation of the so-called “digital militias” by the Federal Supreme Court.
