Brazil to export 43% less soybeans in May than the same month in 2021

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Brazilian soybean exports are expected to remain at 8.075 million tons in May, a scenario very different from that observed in the same period last year, when 14.221 million tons were shipped.

For soybean meal, May shipments are forecast at 1.679 million tons. In the same month last year, total exports were 1.700 million tons.
