RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - On Friday, July 3rd, the government of São Paulo announced that it would allow the reopening of theatres, cinemas, concert halls, gyms and cultural events in regions in the yellow phase of the plan to gradually ease quarantine in the state.
