Brazil's Environment Minister Joaquim Leite said Wednesday that the country, Latin America's largest economy, will offer itself to the international community as a secure and low-cost supplier of clean energy at a time of rising inflation, especially in Europe.
Brazil's offer of low-cost energy from renewable sources will be presented at the November UN Climate Change Conference in Egypt.
