A survey conducted by Datafolha on the occasion of the Rock in Rio music festival 2022 shows that 72% of respondents believe that the world will be worse off in 2050 than it is today.

This opinion contradicts the slogan of the event: “For a better world”.

Only 18% believe that the world will be better in the future, and 8% think that everything will remain as it is today.

According to the survey report (full text), pessimism prevails in all age groups and education levels.

Datafolha surveyed 412 people aged 16 or older on Friday (2/9/2022), the first day of the festival. The survey was commissioned by Suzano.
