Soft2Bet Gears Up for U.S. Debut with New Jersey Rollout This Summer
(Sponsored) Soft2Bet is entering the U.S. market for the first time, kicking things off with the launch of a new online casino and sportsbook in New Jersey.
Scheduled for release this summer, the launch is backed by a licensing partnership with Caesars Entertainment — and it’s only the beginning.
A New Kind of Experience for U.S. Players
According to Martin Collins, Chief Business Development Officer, Soft2Bet’s entry won’t be business as usual.
“We’re not offering another standard sportsbook or generic casino. This is built specifically for the mobile-first generation — for people who expect more from their digital experiences,” Collins said.
Soft2Bet, founded in 2016, already holds more than 16 licenses across Europe and North America and offers thousands of games from top-tier providers. The company’s track record shows it knows how to succeed in regulated markets — and the U.S. is the next big step.
MEGA: The Gamification Platform Built to Drive Engagement
One of the standout features Soft2Bet is bringing to the U.S. is MEGA — its proprietary gamification engine that adds depth, interaction, and personalization to the player experience.
CEO Uri Poliavich believes this will set them apart. “With MEGA, we’re going beyond traditional gameplay. We’re adding layers of motivation, progress, and fun that U.S. players haven’t seen yet,” he said.
The results from existing markets are strong: MEGA has boosted screen time by 400%, grown net gaming revenue by 65%, and increased deposits by 50%.
Why the Timing Makes Sense
The U.S. market has seen some shake-ups recently, with a few large operators stepping back from online betting. For Soft2Bet, that creates an opening.
“This is the right time to launch,” Collins explained. “There’s more room for lean, modern operators who can adapt quickly and offer a better product at a more efficient cost.”
While only a few states have fully legalized online casinos, Soft2Bet sees clear growth potential — especially with emerging trends like crypto gaming and sweepstakes gaining ground.
Long-Term Vision: From New Jersey to Nationwide
Soft2Bet’s immediate focus is New Jersey, but the company isn’t stopping there. They’re exploring future partnerships and even possible acquisitions to scale faster in the U.S.
“We’re not in a rush, but we’re open to strategic collaborations — especially with operators who understand the value of our tech and product vision,” said Collins.
The collaboration with Caesars is a significant part of that strategy and could pave the way for expansion into other states in the future.
A Different Approach to a Crowded Market
New Jersey is one of the most competitive markets in the U.S., but Soft2Bet isn’t aiming to replicate what’s already out there. Instead, the team wants to offer something that feels new — with better design, faster performance, and a user experience built for today’s players.
“We’re not here to outspend the big names,” Collins said. “We’re here to out-think them. It’s about offering something that actually feels right for the modern user — not just a copy of what’s been done before.”
