The space previously hosted Rio Music Conference (RMC) events and was home to the BudHotel events during last year’s World Cup tournament.

Tonight Brazilian singer-songwriter Céu returns to Circo Voador in Lapa to launch her first DVD, Céu ao Vivo. She is well known for her songs “Malemolencia“, “Mil e uma noites de amor”, and “Comadi”, among others. Additionally during the night the Motoka party will take place with DJs Maurício Valladares, Marcelinho da Lua, and Calbuque spinning live.

Celebrating the popular Cartoon Network series Adventure Time, Espaço Acústica will host the Festa Neverland (Neverland party), Hora de Adventura (Adventure Time) edition tonight. Finn and Jake will be on hand throughout the party distributing shots and hot dogs and DJs Bruno Ambrozi, Dave Avigdor, Nathalia Hinz, Thiago Burgos, and Matheus Marins will spin the best of pop, hip-hop, funk, Disney tunes, rock, trap, pop-punk, indie and more nostalgia songs that remind partygoers of their childhood during the night.

The I Love the 90s and 80s parties are back at Teatro Odisséia in Lapa. Tonight the I Love the 90s stage will pay special tribute to the Backstreet Boys while the I Love the 80s stage will celebrate the best of Madonna. Tonight singer and guitarist Marcia Guedes returns to start things off at Rio Scenarium at 7:30PM. Guedes will perform the best of classic samba and bossa nova including her reinterpretations of the works of Chico Buarque, Gonzaguinha, Cartola, and Noel, among others. Following her performance, the group Batuque na Cozinha will play the best of samba, including works from their first album. Finally at 2:30AM, the group Chamego Nordestino will perform some of the best forró that can be heard anywhere in the city tonight.

It’s time once again for Leviano Rock Night at the Leviano Bar in Lapa.
