RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Uruguayan Tourism Minister Tabaré Viera today described the arrival of 580 thousand visitors in two months of the summer season as a good start for the recovery of the sector.
He welcomed the way out of a complex situation like the Covid 19 pandemic that prevented the arrival of vacationers in 2021, "but of course it will not be like before," he stressed.
