Thursday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Tonight at Templo Gávea, French independent filmmaker, photographer, experimental ethnographer and sound artist, Vincent Moon will present a free screening of his works and films.
During the night, Moon will also give a talk about his current project, ‘Hibridos’, a multimedia exploration of spirituality, communal gatherings and the observances of the sacred in Brazil.
During the event on Thursday, empanadas from Che Boludo Empanada and tropica beer will also be available for purchase.

Imperatior Novo Rock with Vespas Mandarinas and Sound Bullet (Méier)
Tonight Imperatior Novo Rock will celebrate its 16th edition at Imperator Centro Cultural João Nogueira with a live performance by the bands Vespas Mandarinas and Sound Bullet. Additionally, VJ Didi Moreno will provide visuals during the night and DJ Marcos Sats will spin during show intervals.

MIHAY (Botafogo)
Tonight MIHAY will perform his brand of Brazilian music blended with technology live at Audio Rebel in Botafogo. The show will take place as MIHAY continues to work on his 2nd album, Gravador e Amor, which is expected to be released during the first half of 2016. During the show tonight he will be accompanied by Gabriel Muzk on guitar, Robson Riva on drums and Pedro Dantas on bass. Additionally, he will welcome guest Raquel Coutinho and Cris Delano during the performance.
