Ankara mayor: Türkiye may be ‘targeted by man-made earthquakes’

Ankara’s mayor blamed Monday’s earthquake, which hit western Turkey and the Greek islands, on foreign powers’ aim to undermine the country’s economy.

In a series of tweets, Ibrahim Melih Gökçek said that this is not the first time “man-made” earthquakes have targeted Turkey.

“Now I think that this might be a man-made earthquake. I do not say it is certain, but it is a very serious possibility,” Gökçek tweeted.

“I say that it should be investigated. Was there any seismic research ship sailing near the epicenter? If so, which country does it belong to?” he said.

An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.2 damaged scores of homes on the eastern Greek island of Lesbos Monday, injuring at least 10 people. It was also felt in western Turkey, including in Istanbul and neighboring islands.

The mayor later shared YouTube videos explaining the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), urging people to observe.

Gökçek previously claimed that dark external powers could have caused quakes in the western province of Canakkale.

“Today, a serious earthquake occurred in Çanakkale. I have investigated, and a ship is conducting seismic research nearby,” the Mayor tweeted in February.

“What this ship researches and which country it belongs to should be solved urgently.”

“I worry about a potential earthquake that could be triggered artificially. This should be investigated and announced to the public,” he said.

According to Turkey’s Disaster and Emergency Management, the epicenter of Monday’s undersea earthquake was at a shallow depth of 7 km.

At least 25 aftershocks have been recorded following the initial quake at 3:28 p.m. (1228 GMT).

The earthquake was also felt in densely populated Istanbul and the western Turkish province of Izmir, but no injuries were reported.

Earthquakes are frequent in Greece and Turkey, which are on active fault lines. Two devastating earthquakes hit northwestern Turkey in 1999, killing about 18,000 people.

Experts in both countries said more aftershocks are expected from Monday’s earthquake.

MANY WITHIN AND OUTSIDE TÜRKIYE SAY THE EARTHQUAKE WAS GEO-ENGINEERED

The night before (less than 6 hours before the first earthquake), experts discussed the following topics on Turkish television:

  • Why are several European politicians suddenly attacking Turkey and Erdogan?
  • Why are many countries suddenly withdrawing their ambassadors? Previously this happened just before a war/bombing started.
  • Why do Sweden and Finland protect PKK terrorists even though the organization is classified as a terrorist organization in Europe?
  • Why are Finnish police transporting and protecting the actor who staged the Koran burning instead of arresting and taking him away?
  • Why is everything getting even harsher against Erdogan in the Western propaganda media so close to the elections in Turkey?

“Were Haiti, Lebanon & Now Turkey Subjected To A Man-Made Earthquake Via HAARP Technology” asks the Eurasian Times without beating about the bush.

The newspapers concluded that the world polity is quite against Turkey as the country has started to change the political discourse in the world today.

It has boycotted French products and plans to reclaim its Ottoman Caliphate after 100 years and has signaled to form a new power bloc with China, Russia, Malaysia, Iran, and Pakistan.

Suppose the earthquake in Turkey was ‘designed’ by man-made efforts, writes Eurasian Times, even by the thinnest remotest possibility.

In that case, Turkey is about to face very hard times ahead, apart from the existential danger looming over the Al Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem, where a controlled earthquake can demolish it.
