A party of Rio's soccer club Flamengo fans in downtown Rio ended in confusion early on Sunday afternoon, November 13.
The riots began around 1 PM, and a generalized fight took over Presidente Antônio Carlos street. According to the Municipal Health Secretariat, "approximately 30 people were admitted to the unit's emergency room with various injuries due to the event."
