The Logistics Directorate of Carabineros de Chile awarded Vespek Vehículos Especiales y Automotores Gildemeister SpA the acquisition of 500 SUV 4x2 with lockers, 150 SUV 4x4 with lockers, 115 SUV 4x4 without lockers, 141 radio patrol cars without a locker, 126 AP vans and 22 mobile barracks for an estimated amount of US$42.8 million.
