RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – On February 21st, right-wing news site O Alerta reported that Federal Supreme Court (STF) Justice Gilmar Mendes, met with Rodrigo Maia, João Dória, and ten other legislators, to discuss what they consider Bolsonaro’s attacks on the press.
It was recently learned that the most outraged person at this dinner was Justice Gilmar Mendes, who told the others that ending Congress and STF’s “kindness” towards the President is required.
Mendes advocates a harsher attack against Bolsonaro, but did not detail how. He wants zero tolerance with the President.
