Vale and Jinnan Steel Forge Landmark Iron Ore Partnership in Oman

Brazilian mining giant Vale has teamed up with China’s Jinnan Steel Group to build Oman’s first iron ore concentration plant. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for the Middle Eastern steel industry.

The facility, set to open in 2027, will be located in the SOHAR Port and Freezone. The project represents a substantial investment in Oman’s industrial future.
