Friday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Musically speaking, the game is on at Alto Vidigal. Festa Rewind returns for another edition, this time around featuring some of Rio’s best musical talent. On deck for the night is musician and co-owner of Studio RJ, Plinio Profeta. He will be joined by percussionist Sandro Lustosa, plus local DJ extraordinaire Pedro Piu and resident DJ Mike Frugaletti.

Plinio Profeta is a Brazilian musician, composer, producer and DJ. At the beginning of his career, Profeta won a Latin Grammy for his work on Lenine’s CD “Falange Canibal”. Sandro Lustosa has an epic background in music, not just in Brazil but worldwide. He has shared the stage with Manu Chao, Macacos and currently with BNegão & Seletores de Frequência.

Rock in Rio returns with an incredible lineup that is sure to make it one of the best years to date. Tonight’s artists feature Bon Jovi, Matchbox Twenty, Ben Harper and Charlie Musselwhite, Paul Oakenfold, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals and many many more.
