The Agency considers the cost variation associated with the service provider when determining the adjustment, as established in the concession contract.

In the case of Celesc, ANEEL reported that the payment of the ACR Account loan and adjustments in the Energy Development Account (CDE) have contributed to reducing the readjustment by approximately 6.87 percent.

There was also a reduction in the costs with the purchase of energy, 0.67 percent in the readjustment calculation.

For Elektro Redes, the average reduction in energy fees will be 8.32 percent, effective as of August 27th. For residential consumers, the reduction will be more significant, 11.79 percent. For customers served by low voltage, fees will be 11.17 percent lower, and for those served by high voltage, there will be a 2.89 percent reduction.

The reduction for the residential consumers will be of 4,78 percent. For those served by low tension, such as farmers and rural cooperatives, the drop will be of 4.23 percent, and for those served by high tension, such as industries and shopping malls, the reduction will be 4.40 percent.
