A new company is drawing attention in the Brazilian market.

Wiipo, a fintech from the Senior Sistemas group, came up with the proposal to work on financial services in an integrated way with HR management technologies.

The company brings together several integrated benefits that allow managers and employees greater freedom in managing their benefits.

In over two years of acting in the market, Wiipo has already moved more than R$1 billion (US$190 million) in transactions, serving thousands of companies nationwide.

“We were born with the proposal to bring a new way of performing fully integrated and automated management with the main financial and payroll systems, making the lives of HRs, financial and employees easier.”

“We can, by technological means, offer the power of choice and flexibility and effectively improve people’s lives”, says Fernanda Ferraz, Head of Wiipo.

On the Wiipo platform, it is possible to provide credit to the employee, discounting the value in the payroll.

In addition, in 2022, the company launched Wiipo Flex, its flexible benefits card.

“It is possible to include standard benefits, such as health insurance, food and meals, and even gasoline, pet shop or dentist assistance in what we call a purse.”

“Through the application, the collaborator can view all the options defined and offered by your company,” says Fernanda.
