Rio Maracatu (Lapa) – This evening, bloco Rio Maracatu will rehearse for Carnival 2018 in Lapa, starting from 6PM.
Mainly dedicated to the maracatu, traditional music genre and dance from Pernambuco, Brazil’s Northeast, Rio Maracatu will fascinate everyone for its colorful costumes and performative show.

Se não quiser me dar me empresta (Ipanema) – This afternoon, the bloco “Se não quiser me dar me empresta” will be parading at the Ipanema beach, starting from 12PM.
Eclectic, the bloco plays all music genres, from Bahian axé to rock, in the rhythm of “marchinha” until 7PM.

Samba do Zeca (Jardim Botânico) – Great samba singer and composer Zeca Pagodinho will be starting this afternoon at Jockey Club, in Jardim Botânico, at 4PM.
The “roda de samba” will include attractions like Zeca Pagodinho, Roberta Sá, Mariana Aydar, Marcelo D2, Diogo Nogueira, Xande de Pilares, among others.
