Venezuela welcomed Turkey’s Energy Minister Alparslan Bayraktar to boost energy ties, focusing on oil and gas sectors.

During his visit, in Caracas, Bayraktar met with key Venezuelan officials, including Vice President Delcy Rodríguez.

Rafael Tellechea, Venezuela’s Minister of Petroleum and head of the state-run Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. (PDVSA), also engaged with Bayraktar.

They reviewed existing agreements and discussed new investment opportunities in oil and gas, emphasizing the strategic importance of their cooperation.
