President Lula will start handing out second-level positions this week to bar the Mixed Parliamentary Inquiry Commission (CPMI) of January 8, reported the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo on Tuesday, 14.
The CPMI wants to get to the authors of the vandalism acts at Three Powers Square.
