The best fondue in the country is from Goiás.

Chef Clara Gaehwiler, from Pirenópolis, won the first contest of its kind promoted by the Swiss Tourism in Brazil in partnership with the SerTãoBras association, which sought the winning recipe in Brazil.

The competition occurred on Monday (15) at the Consul General of Switzerland's residence in Brazil, in São Paulo.
