Peru will not grant Bolivia sovereign access to Pacific Ocean – Mirtha Vásquez

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The head of the Peruvian Council of Ministers, Mirtha Vásquez, rejected charges that the administration of Pedro Castillo is coordinating granting an exit to the sea to landlocked Bolivia.

She also asserted that Bolivia's former President Evo Morales could not continue his missionary activities in Peru.

"They have thought up a series of absolutely inaccurate proposals. They say that Bolivia's sovereignty is in danger and that Peru wants to cede a sovereign exit to Bolivia. None of this is true," she explained in an interview with Canal N.
