Venezuela and the Sahrawi Arab Republic signed 11 comprehensive cooperation agreements during a meeting held on March 21 in Caracas between Presidents Nicolás Maduro and Brahim Ghali.
"We have signed 11 integral cooperation documents, and we have to guarantee that each of the documents we have signed become a people-to-people cooperation plan," said Maduro during an announcement at the Miraflores Palace (seat of government).
The agreements involve education, agriculture, fishing, aquaculture, water, culture, and health.
"In addition to the excellent political, diplomatic, and human relations, we have to guarantee excellent relations of integral cooperation in practical terms . . .
