Argentina’s external debt amounted to US$276.7 billion in 2022

Argentina's gross external debt amounted at the end of last year to US$276.694 billion, registering an increase of more than US$3.8 billion with respect to the third quarter of 2022, the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INDEC) reported yesterday, Tuesday.

At a year-on-year level, the gross debt "stock" increased 1.4 percent while measured at market value; the rise was 2.4 percent compared to 2021, detailed a report by the state entity.
