Milei gains further momentum in Argentina’s presidential race

With two months to go before Argentina’s first round of presidential elections, Javier Milei, the primary winner from August 13, is gaining traction.

National polling averages show he has 35.85% of voter intentions, up from the 30.04% he secured in the primaries.

The data, released on August 21, 2023, was sourced by the Clarín newspaper.

These polls included insights from CB Consultora Opinión Pública, the University of Buenos Aires’ Psychology Faculty, DC Consultores, and an anonymous firm that presented its findings to the office of the Minister of Economy and election candidate, Sergio Massa.
