On Tuesday, Luxembourg's head of state, Grand Duke Henri, announced the country's decision to raise its diplomatic presence in Cape Verde.
According to Grand Duke Henri, starting this fall, its diplomatic mission will be under the responsibility of a resident ambassador, and he emphasized the direct ties and friendship between the two states.
"In a country as multicultural as Luxembourg, coexistence is essential."
