Lusophone countries’ exports to Macau rise by nearly two-thirds in January

Official data released this week indicated that merchandise exports from Portuguese-speaking countries to Macau rose 65.1% in January compared to the same month in 2022.

The value exported by Portuguese-speaking countries to the territory was €14.6 million in January, according to Macau's Statistics and Census Service (DSEC).

Most goods came from Brazil, worth €11.6 million, mainly meat, fish, and seafood.
