Congressman Marcel van Hattem (Novo-RS) said he filed a "request to open a Senatorial Investigation Committee CPI to investigate abuse of authority of the Supreme Court STF and the Superior Electoral Court TSE.
The parliamentarian said the request already has dozens of signatures on social networks. To be installed, the CPI needs 171 signatures.
