Bolivia Ends Diplomatic Ties with Israel Over Gaza

Bolivia announced it’s cutting off diplomatic relations with Israel due to events in Gaza.

Interim Foreign Minister María Nela Prada and Deputy Foreign Minister Freddy Mamani made the announcement in La Paz.

They said the decision aligns with UN principles like the right to life and peace. Additionally, Mamani pointed out that the Gaza situation threatens global peace and security.

Bolivia’s government is calling for an end to the fighting in Gaza. The country points out that the conflict has led to many civilian deaths and forced people to leave their homes.

Bolivia also wants the blockade lifted, which currently stops food and water from getting to Gaza.
