Covid Tribunal: World domination by a few families through mind control with global headquarters in the City of London – says whistleblower

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – A group consisting of 11 attorneys from different countries and a judge from Portugal has opened a criminal investigation. All available evidence of crimes against Humanity will be presented to a Grand Jury, in this case, civilians.

Alex Thomson, a former official of the British intelligence agency GCHQ, a partner of the U.S. NSA, and a member of GCHQ’s Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (“CBRN”) threat team, was also interviewed in this context.

According to the whistleblower, “MINDPSACE” is the most powerful weapon there is. “We know how much power and control the City of London and the families behind it have had over time, and how great their control is over the world and over the human mind and perception,” he says.

According to former British intelligence agent Alex Thomson, “The dominant power in the world, namely the City of London, the financial heart of the [new] British Empire, had been preparing for this situation [control of the world] since about 1870.”

Before the People’s Court Grand Jury investigating the coronavirus crisis, Alex Thomson gave a summary of the geopolitical situation in the world in the crucial period before World War II: “Most of the testimony tonight and in subsequent grand jury sessions will focus on the period after 1945. That’s really the time when a lot of the plans for a unified world government, including the health issues you’re concerned about, began to rage,” Thomson began.

Here are a few excerpts from his 45 minutes testimony:

“In my view, the dominant power in the world, namely the City of London, the financial heart of the British Empire, has been preparing for this situation since about 1870. The modern world, the monopolization of the world and the cartelization of the world, began by force at that time.”

“There have been several revolutions by the British elite, and they all revolved around containing productivity and preventing the growth of intelligence and intellectual property by the masses.”

So there has been a revolution in what might be called “MINDSPACE,” a term used since 2010 by the UK government’s central department, the Cabinet Office.

The focus is on the City of London, i.e. the square mile at the heart of what is now Greater London. The reason for this importance is that the City of London and the Church of England are the only institutions that have survived all the constitutional upheavals in the British Isles unscathed, with their privileges and enormous wealth.

The City of London differs from other metropolitan areas of the world, the megalopolises, in that it has chosen to remain geographically small while the urban area around it has grown. The City of London still has a separate legal status from the other 32 London boroughs and is not really part of Greater London as such.

Its privileges were already laid down in the Magna Carta of 1215. Its self-government has never been questioned.

At many points in its history, it held power over the British Crown and thus over much of the country during the British Empire, especially during the civil wars of the mid-17th century, when the City of London remained the financial power competing with the Crown.

In the first industrial revolution, the possession of land, of agricultural means, provides wealth. Then there is a mechanical industrial revolution, a second revolution, then one in which finance capital dominates the world.

And in this period, around 1870, the smart money in the City of London realizes that this bubble is going to burst too and that the really important way to own the world in the future is to own the minds, the productivity, and the thoughts of the people, to keep them from running off and outspending their bosses.

The modern era of cartelization, both in industry and in geopolitics, thus began around 1870. Within a few years, the world underwent a fundamental shift from a situation in which the City of London and the British Empire had no serious competition to one in which several industrialized economies were able to outperform Britain.

In Europe, the post-Napoleonic order that Britain had imposed at the Congress of Vienna in 1815 began to crumble with the successful and unsuccessful socialist revolutions of 1848. Russia and Austria-Hungary were the Eastern European countries with the strongest land forces at the time, and it was they who saved Europe by reinstating the crowned heads.

Since the turn of the century, British foreign policy had been obsessed with a new strategy of allying with former archrivals France and even the Ottoman Empire against Britain’s historic allies in northern and central Europe to prevent a future Russo-German alliance from becoming the dominant bloc in the world.
