Elon Musk, CEO of Twitter, has threatened legal action against Meta, the parent company of Instagram, just hours after the launch of their new app, Threads, which aims to compete with Musk's platform.
In a letter addressed to Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and published by online news outlet Semaphor, Musk's attorney accused the company of "unlawful misappropriation of Twitter's trade secrets and other intellectual property."
The letter claimed that Meta had hired numerous former Twitter employees who had access to sensitive information.
