The Ipec institute released on Thursday (Dec. 8) a survey on people’s expectations for the new government of President-elect Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT, progressive-globalist).
Among those interviewed, 18% think Lula’s new government will be great; 32% believe it will be good; 20% regular; 7% bad; 18% terrible; and 5% didn’t know or didn’t give an opinion.
The Ipec survey interviewed 2,000 people all over the country between Dec. 1 and 5, reported the g1 portal.
Ipec also asked people how they think Lula da Silva’s new government will be compared to his two previous terms.
The majority said it would be better (45%); the same (22%); worse (26%); and 6% didn’t know or didn’t answer.
The institute also made an evaluation with the interviewees about the government of President Jair Bolsonaro (PL, right).
The survey shows that 39% have a positive evaluation of the administration, considering it excellent (15%) or good (24%).
Another 23% consider it regular; 10% classify it as bad, 26% think it terrible, and 2% don’t know or answer.
