The far-left Workers' Cause Party (PCO) said on Monday, 13 that the crime of LGBTphobia is a "legal aberration."
The issue came up again after federal congressman Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) criticized the occupation of biological women's spaces by trans people.
"It was not approved by the National Congress, which is the only institution that has the power to create national laws, but by an 'interpretation' of the STF," the party posted . . .
