Image of Christ the Redeemer to represent the symbol of Oxford’s campus in Brazil

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Chosen to host one of Oxford University's campuses in Brazil, the city of Rio de Janeiro on Thursday, December 30, delivered the logo that will be the symbol of one of the world's best educational institutions.

The design, created by Rio's City Hall and approved by the UK university, features the image of Christ the Redeemer and waves symbolizing the sea, along with the name "Oxford Brazil Unit."
