Argentine general elections will be held on October 22

Argentina's National Electoral Chamber has approved the electoral calendar for the coming months, on August 13 will be the first encounter with the polls in the Simultaneous and Mandatory Open Primary Elections (PASO), and on October 22, the general elections will take place.

If a run-off election is necessary because none of the candidates wins, it will be held on November 19, according to Agreement No. 33/23.

Likewise, the presidential debates, mandatory according to the Argentine electoral law, will be held on October 1 and 8.

If a second round is necessary, another debate will be held . . .
