Brazil managed to reduce the number of endangered flora and fauna species in danger of extinction

Brazil managed to reduce the number of species threatened with extinction in both flora and fauna, from 47.4 percent of endangered plant species in 2014 to 42.7 percent in 2022, while endangered animals fell from 9.8 percent to 9 percent in the same period, according to a comprehensive study released by the government.
